Pharmaceutical Packaging

Shandong Yunxin International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Yunxin Group) is a technology-based packaging enterprise with overseas Chinese investment, encompassing the entire industry chain. It has successively invested in and acquired controlling stakes in Shandong Yunxin Packaging Co., Ltd. and Shandong Caixin Ceramics Co., Ltd. It has also invested in and constructed the Yuncheng Packaging Industrial Park, covering a total area of over 170 mu (approximately 11.3 hectares), which is an important part of Yuncheng County's industrial layout. The first phase covers over 80 mu (approximately 5.3 hectares) with a total investment of 390 million yuan. Relying on the traditional advantages of Yuncheng's packaging industry, it continuously enhances the technological added value of its products, actively extends and supplements the industry chain, expands its product areas, and leverages its resource advantages, design advantages, and talent advantages to lead the industry's transformation from single-category wine packaging to multi-category, full-category new packaging such as pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetic packaging, and fine packaging, providing full-chain supporting services for Caicheng's biopharmaceutical, wine packaging, and food processing industries. The second phase of construction will establish the Southwest Shandong (Caicheng) Industrial Design Center and the National Copyright Trade Base (Caicheng), featuring 5D modeling, 3D printing, industrial internet, and a comprehensive intellectual property service platform. Through a three-tiered service model of original design, collaborative R&D, and innovation-driven development, and a six-pronged service system encompassing design and R&D, industrial design, intellectual property, brand promotion, online interaction, and cultural creativity, it aims to provide an engine and intelligence for economic development, promote innovation in leading industries, and ultimately become a national-level industrial design center. Additionally, the project will construct the China Packaging Capital (Yuncheng Expo and Trade Center), making Caicheng a distribution center for packaging products from across the country, promoting them nationwide. In 2024, it was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise and a National-level Science and Technology-based SME. It was designated a key provincial green, low-carbon, and high-quality development project and a provincial-level green and low-carbon packaging product R&D and application innovation center by the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission. It was also designated a Heze Municipal Enterprise Technology Center and a Heze Municipal Engineering Research Center by the Heze Municipal Development and Reform Commission. The Heze Municipal Science and Technology Bureau approved the construction of the Heze Municipal Key Laboratory of Packaging Materials and Process Technology. It was named a Heze Municipal Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese New Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base.

Currently, it has one recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, one leader of a national-level master craftsman studio, one national technical expert, one Taishan Industrial Leading Talent, two Qilu Chief Technicians, one Qilu Craftsman, one Qilu Cultural Star, one Shandong Handcraft Master Craftsman, and one Shandong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department member. The company has obtained 4 invention patents, 5 utility model patents, and over 300 product design copyrights, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and innovation in the packaging design field. Internally, it has a dedicated R&D and design department equipped with advanced design software and equipment, and a high-quality professional technical team, providing a solid hardware foundation and talent support for experts' work. In 2024, Shandong Caixin Group's "Yun Chuang Yuan" industrial packaging design service project won the second prize in the modern service industry category of the "China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition" organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and was named a National Excellent Entrepreneurship Project.

Yuncheng County Pharmaceutical Packaging Industrial Park project

The Yuncheng County Pharmaceutical Packaging Industrial Park project is an important component of Yuncheng County's "1+3+1" industrial layout for biomedicine. It is invested and constructed by Shandong Yunxin Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Yunxin Group). Relying on the traditional advantages of Caicheng's packaging industry, the project continuously enhances the technological added value of its products, actively extends and supplements the industrial chain, expands product areas, and leverages its resource advantages, design advantages, and talent advantages to lead the industry from single-category wine packaging to pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetic packaging, and fine packaging. This project represents a comprehensive transformation towards new packaging across multiple categories, providing end-to-end supporting services for industries such as biomedicine, wine packaging, and food processing in Yuncheng.

The project boasts two key features: First, high standards. It involves constructing a standardized medical-grade cleanroom, introducing world-class Heidelberg printing equipment from Germany and advanced technologies from Europe and America, doubling production efficiency compared to traditional methods and achieving clean production throughout the entire process. Second, innovative technology. Leveraging its connections with numerous academicians, Taishan Scholars, Taishan industry leaders, and professors from renowned universities and research institutes, a professional R&D team has been jointly established. This team has innovatively developed 23 independent patents, including high-barrier, diversified pharmaceutical-grade external packaging, with broad market prospects. Upon completion, the project will produce 1 billion pieces (boxes) of pharmaceutical packaging annually, becoming a major supply base for biomedical external packaging in the province.
